Shipping Policy

Physical Product Shipping

• We ship to the United States and most international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. International delivery times vary by country and can take 2 to 4 weeks.
• Orders are processed and shipped by Lulu, our print partner. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose.
• Printed workbooks are produced by our print partner and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
• Processing time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be printed before it ships. During peak seasons such as the holidays, printing may take 7 to 10 business days.
• Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. 
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if available) once your order ships.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the delivery window above, please contact us at hello@armorandfaith.com and we will make it right.”

Digital Products

Digital PDF downloads are delivered electronically and are not shipped. You will receive a secure download link via email immediately after your purchase is completed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us right away at hello@armorandfaith.com. We can only correct an address if you reach us within 24 hours of ordering, before printing begins.
